The goal is to set up healthy habits which you can easily continue after the cleanse is over. Day 1
• Replace your regular breakfast with a green smoothie.Â
• Eat your normal lunch and a vegan dinner of your choice.Â
• Start reading 'Fresh Vegetable & Fruit Juices,' by Norman Walker. You can find a PDF of the book for free online. Â
• Take a "before" photograph of yourself if you wish.Â
Day 2
• This is your first day on the full raw food meal plan, which you will learn about in the videos.Â
• Choose one or more of these today: Walk at least a mile, jump on a rebounder, jump rope, do yoga, dance, or any exercise that you enjoy.
Day 3
• Your food intake should be the same as it was on day 2.
• Journal about how you are feeling. Note anything that feels different. Write about difficulties you may be having on the challenge and at least one positive thing.Â
• Exercise as on day 2.Â
Day 4
• Your food intake should be the same as it was on day 2.
• Free journal: write about anything that's on your mind today.Â
• Exercise as on day 2.Â
Day 5
• Your food intake should be the same as it was on day 2.
• Journal about what this experience has been like for you and any changes.
• Exercise as on day 2.Â
